Russell Duke, Ph.D., serves as Liason Officer of Grace Communion Seminary, and teaches courses in theology and ministry.  In the 70’s and 80’s Russell pastored Worldwide Church of God congregations in Kansas and Missouri. He then taught music, communications, and theology at Ambassador University in Big Sandy, Texas, for thirteen years and chaired the theology department before serving as President for two years. For nine years he worked as director of the Ambassador Center and Professor of Theology at Azusa Pacific University. Russell and his wife, Phyllis, have two children, Chris and Tracy, and four grandchildren.
